Our Story
Growing up, our backyard was the family gathering spot. Not by accident — it just happened to be the
biggest, nicest outdoor space anyone in the family had, so that's where everything ended up.
Birthdays, holidays, my grad party, even my grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary — if it mattered
to our family, it happened in that backyard.
I didn't realize it at the time, but that space did more for our family than almost any room inside the
house. It's where the photos got taken, where the stories got told twice, where people stayed two hours
longer than they meant to.
That's the idea behind Ember & Estate. I believe every backyard has the potential to be that space —
the one people gravitate toward, the one that hosts the memories that actually stick. I'm building this
brand one relationship, one product, one backyard at a time. But the standard stays the same: if it's not
good enough for the backyard I grew up in, it's not good enough for yours.
